Agency Starter Account
The Agency Starter Account is made for you if you are in a digital agency who just started out with their first client.

This plan only costs $97 per month (or $81 per month if billed yearly)
Agency Unlimited Account
The Agency Unlimited Account allows you to have a main account and have UNLIMITED clients (sub-accounts). You will also get all the features on the Agency starter account.
This plan costs $297 per month (or $248 if billed annually)
This plan is for you if you are an established agency with at least 2 clients. You have access to an agency level account and have created an unlimited number of sub accounts (meaning you can work with an unlimited number of clients).
Another feature you get with this account is that you get to white label your domain and logo. This is useful because you can customize the GoHighLevel back end to be your branded desktop app and have it look and feel like your current website/domain.
If you need a white label mobile app for your business, GoHighLevel offers this and it costs an additional $497 per month on top of the $297 which totals to $794 per month. It will also come with a mobile app custom zap just for your brand.
Agency Pro Account
The SaaS Pro account costs $497 a month (or $414 if billed annually). You will get everything in Agency Starter and Agency Unlimited.
This account is not seen on the GoHighLevel homepage and can only be upgraded at the back end.
This account provides you with a new feature called SaaS Mode. This mode unlocks a new sticky revenue stream for your agency. You will be able to charge your clients to use your software on a monthly basis.
Here is why SaaS mode can be profitable for your agency. An average lifetime for a lead gen client is about 1-3 months but the average churn rate for software is only 5%!

What is the difference between Agency Unlimited and SaaS Pro Account?
This Agency Unlimited account caters to agencies that provide “Done For You” solutions in comparison SaaS Pro Account which is catered to those who want to white label GoHighLevel as their own software and to provide its software solutions as their primary business.
Another way to put it is that if you are running a business where you get on the phone with your clients and manually setting up and fulfilling what your customers needs are – Then the Agency Unlimited account sounds like the way to go.
On the other hand the SaaS Pro account is for you if the business you want to go into is one where you are selling the software and tools instead of the services. (You are basically selling your own version of GoHighLevel).
Do I need the Agency Unlimited ($297) and Agency Pro Account ($497) to activate SaaS mode?
You will only need the Agency Pro Account ($497) to have SaaS mode activated on your account.
Since the Agency Pro account is not shown on the webpage you will need to sign up for the Agency Unlimited account then upgrade it to the Agency Pro account in the back end.
You can upgrade by going to Settings > Billing > Upgrade
Can I start on 1 plan then upgrade or downgrade to another plan later?
You can start off on any plan you wish, and then upgrade or downgrade any time you wish.
What kind of support does GoHighLevel provide?
